This Azuma Seaweed Salad is a yummy version of the traditional Azuma seaweed salad that is typically made with the same ingredients. It is actually made with two different types of seaweed, nori and wakame. I use the wakame seaweed in this recipe because it has a much more delicate flavor and texture. It also has a more sweet taste, so it’s perfect for this dish.
