No one knows when exactly a chicken is first picked, what the species is, and how it’s raised. The majority of chicken meat is used for chicken wings, which is why the recipe has a two step process. First, you take a chicken wing and cut it in half. Then you take the two halves, one by one, and wrap them in foil and cook them on a pan to make the wings “broiled.
