While there are many ways to make cheese, I think the most satisfying way to make this crust is to start with your favorite fresh mozzarella cheese, and then blend it through a food processor until it is broken up into tiny pieces. Then, you can spread the individual pieces out on the baking sheet and bake them at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes.
