I am not sure how seaweed salad is good for you, but it is good for you. I know you are probably thinking I’m going to say “it’s good for you because it’s high in fat,” but i am going to say that I am not sure if you are going to like it, but I am going to say you are wrong to think that it is bad for you.
The thing with seaweed salad is that it is high in protein. If it was a vegetable, it would contain a higher amount of water, so its not a vegetable. In fact, it is a real treat, so I think its okay to eat it as long as you are careful not to get too much of it.
