I’ve started to think about what I eat and how it is prepared. At first this can seem like a big task, but over time I’ve come to feel that there is something special to the way I consume food. It’s not always a conscious choice. It’s more of a matter of having enough time to cook and not having a microwave in my kitchen.
That being said, Ive never really thought about what I eat a lot. I mean Ive always known a little bit about what I eat, but Ive never really thought much about it. Ive never really thought about what I eat until my new girlfriend helped me try out a new restaurant. I had never been to a restaurant before, so we spent a few days trying out a new one.

What a great idea. I think that it’s possible to eat a wide range of foods. I’m not sure that I have ever thought that about myself. After all, it took me a while to get my heart rate up to a normal level for food intake. But I did start to realize that I needed to cut out the unhealthy stuff. I mean, I’ve always liked bacon, but it just seemed like it was too much to keep up with the rest of my diet.
We all need to eat and make time for ourselves. But if that just leads to you doing the same thing day after day, then I suggest that you do it with a different attitude. Maybe you should start by experimenting with some new foods and see how they turn out. Maybe you should focus on eating only what you really like and enjoy. Maybe you should try to stick to a consistent diet and only eat the foods that make you feel good.

I had this conversation with my wife the other day, after we were both eating out for dinner, and she said, “I can’t believe people still do that.” It’s not that we’re bad, it’s just that the food industry seems to do everything it can to make us feel bad.
That should be your goal, really. And, if you don’t like the foods that you are eating, it shouldn’t matter as long as you eat something that you enjoy. If you are eating a salad that you like, you should be able to enjoy it without having to have another bowl of that same salad later.
