I am an unapologetic garlic fan. I love the flavor, and the amount of food I have to cook to get enough. So, I love the idea of a garlic stuffed olive. It is one of the most versatile, and easy-to-make things to pair with almost any recipe.

The idea of garlic stuffed olives is a thing. I’m also big on the idea of cooking with olive oil, which is why I love this recipe so much. But unlike most recipes that focus on garlic, this one is not made with garlic but with olive oil, as well as a few other things. There are a ton of different ways to get garlic stuffed olives. I went for the classic method by adding about 3-4 garlic cloves to about 3-4 olive slices. If you’re really desperate, you can put a few anchovies on top of that, or a few dill pickles, or any other combination you’d like.
