I found this recipe to be very mild in spice, but it still tastes good. I tried to make it a little more spicy by adding some crushed red pepper and a little cayenne pepper to the curry powder, but that wasnt good enough. There are some other options, such as using more dried chili peppers, but that wouldnt work too well either.
The other issue with this recipe is that I wasnt sure if I could find good chicken. I ended up buying a whole bird off of the internet, which is a problem because if you cook chicken in a pan or something, the chicken cooks all over the pan. So what I ended up doing is cooking it on the stove top. I used an 8-inch skillet and cooked it with some seasoning from my spices. I used some salt and pepper with oil as well.
