A Productive Rant About kelp or seaweed

Some people think kelp is a good idea, because it helps clean the water. I do not agree. The toxins in the algae and the microorganisms in the water that live on it can kill you.

The problem with kelp isn’t the stuff in the water it is the microorganisms that live on it. That stuff is basically living dead which is what most people think of when they think kelp. It is an extremely high-quality food source that is also a great source of calcium and protein that help the body retain water. The problem is that kelp is actually a toxic substance.

Although it’s used for a variety of purposes, kelp has been linked to cancer, particularly prostate cancer. This is due to the chemical compounds that are found in kelp. These compounds include mercury and arsenic.

Not only is kelp a cancer-causing substance, it also contains an antifungal compound called thiocyanate that can cause a severe allergic reaction. The only real way to prevent this is to avoid eating any type of seaweed.

The problem with kelp is that, if you eat it, you’ll likely get very sick. And that’s if you’re really unlucky. As a marine biologist, I’m used to dealing with the side-effects of what I eat. And the side-effects of kelp on a similar scale are not something you want to have to deal with. So you want to avoid kelp, but you don’t want to be poisoned.

So who cares? Just avoid the seaweed. Its a pretty simple statement and you can make it a lot more complicated by adding in some other things. I say its not complicated enough though, because if you want to put seaweed in your salad, youll probably want to use more than just a teaspoon or two of seaweed. And the same goes for any other foodstuff.

I was talking this week with a guy who owns a couple places in the midwest, and he told me that the first time he opened a bottle of wine, he was only able to drink about a third of the bottle. He has no idea how much of it is going to seep into his system.

It’s not rocket science, but the biggest problem with saltwater eating is that you don’t know how much it is. And that may be the best way to remember this all. I know that just because some saltwater has been around for awhile doesn’t mean it’s okay to drink it. My partner and I had a party recently where we drank a lot of wine, but we didn’t know the exact amount that would be in our bodies.

The problem with drinking a lot of water is that eventually you start getting sick. It’s the same problem that happens with saltwater, and I’m not joking. I remember that about 6 months before I started drinking a lot of water. I had horrible diarrhea and was pretty much bedridden for a couple of weeks. But I had no idea how much water it was taking in. I was sick for many months but I was still drinking a lot of water.

It can take a long time to get used to drinking a lot of water, but it is a lot better than what you used to get. Most people feel the effects right away, but it is something to keep in mind if you’re trying to lose weight (which, by the way, we have no intention of doing).
