mexi corn: The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly

This mexi corn recipe is one of those recipes that I can’t get enough of. I can’t believe it’s been almost ten years since my last batch but I can’t help myself. This corn is really good. The only thing is that I don’t have a lot of it so it’s going to be a little more expensive. It’s definitely worth the extra expense.

For me it’s not just the smell that makes it so special. The flavour, the texture, all of it just makes it that much better than the cheap corn cob from the store. I am so glad I had mexi corn when I was younger because it was that much better than anything a store corn cob could give me.
