I am so much more comfortable taking a walk in the woods, sitting down at a table, and eating my food. I feel less nervous and more confident with my food choices. I am less likely to over-eat, and I am less likely to binge eat. I am getting so much more creative with my food, but it is not always about what I eat. I have learned that it is more about what I eat with my food, with my food, and with my food.
