This is a new creation I have been working on for some time. It is a simple but delicious sherry based dessert that is made with a base of almond milk and a sherry reduction. It is so simple, yet so tasty, and so much easier to make than you may think.

This dessert does contain almond milk, but it is so rich on the almond flavor that it isn’t really a dairy-free dessert. It is great with ice cream, pudding, or any other dairy-free dessert.

The dessert is so delicious that I actually have a couple recipes I use it in. One is a strawberry mousse, and the other is a chocolate mousse. Both of these desserts taste great with ice cream, pudding, or any other dairy-free dessert – just add the almond milk and sherry reduction, and you’ve got yourself a very tasty dessert. There is also a vanilla version that is very similar to the strawberry version.

This dessert goes very well with vanilla ice cream. The almond milk and sherry reduction add to the flavor, as does the almond milk and caramel sauce.
