I love sourdough bread. I love it so much that I just can’t get enough of it. When I make bread, it’s the first thing I think about as I’m making it. I’d rather make it than eat it.
When I started working in a bakery I had a blast for the first few months. Then I had a blast for a few years. Then I had a blast for the next decade. Then I had a blast for the next few years. As I got older I realized that I had no taste for bread. Then I realized that I had no desire to eat bread. I just had to eat everything else. There was no excuse.
It’s not just bread that you have to eat to survive. Our bodies have a whole lot of other food that we need to eat. Some of these food groups are necessary for survival and others are only necessary for pleasure. For example, when we’re sick, we need to eat protein. Most people don’t eat their protein for pleasure though. Instead they eat it to feel full. Protein is our most basic energy-source.

The main reason for protein intake is for the body to survive. Protein is essential to the body because it is the main fuel source for the body, which in turn is necessary to build and maintain the body’s vital functions. When we are on a diet, we are supposed to not only eat certain foods but also drink certain drinks, such as water, or any other fluids our bodies need to function properly.
Sourdough bread is one of those foods that is easy to digest and is also good for us, so its high amount of protein is a good thing. As a matter of fact, I eat it most mornings, and I was able to lose a couple of pounds at the same time. When I was on a diet, I didn’t feel the need to eat as much of it, but now that I am back on the diet, I do think that sourdough bread is important.
