This steamed scallop recipe was featured in the January 2012 issue of Food & Wine.
In the recipe video, they show how to make the steamed scallops by steaming them in the same pan in which you would make any other scallops. Then they add in a little sugar, and then cook it through. The scallops here are cooked for about 30 minutes, a very good amount of time for eating, in my opinion.
The best part is that the recipe itself is just 4 ingredients and a little bit to cook it in, all very easy to do. Just a matter of mixing and you have yourself a super easy scallop recipe.
I would assume that this would be the same as the recipe for the steamed scallops but I am not sure because there is no recipe. It is not a recipe, so I am not sure what it is. But I do know that this is the same as the steamed scallops, so it will be easily just as easy to make. And I am pretty sure that it is the same as the ones I have made from scratch, so it must be true.
