I’m not making this up. Maybe it is. It is a type of squash that is popular in the South. The stewed squash has a creamy texture and a subtle hint of sweetness. It’s the perfect salad side dish to accompany any meal.

While stewed squash is really good, I’m not sure it’s the best thing to eat when it comes to food to eat! I would imagine that if youre not careful, stewed squash will give you a cheesy taste you cant really eat. Ive heard that it can also give you an indigestion taste, so if you want to eat this dish, you might want to cook it a little late and eat it right away.
I think stewed squash is a great dish for summer. I love the skin falling off, and I like the fact that it is easy to make. I also think that this squash is one of the least acidic foods on the planet, so if you’re looking for something to eat in the summer where you don’t have to worry about acid reflux, I think stewed squash is a good choice.
Stewed squash is a great way to use up that squash you have on hand. I think the best part of this dish is the skin falling off when you cook it. It is so easy to make that you can make a whole bunch of these squash and still have a lot left over.
As you can see from the photo above, the squash looks so scrumptious and I think it would be even tastier in a curry. They are a great source of vitamin C (as well as other nutrients) and a great base for other dishes. I would recommend making a big batch and putting it in the freezer for when you have no time to cook.
